Please do not buy a Kitchenaid Refridgerator - at best a $3800 fridge will last 2 years. And though they continue to sell the same model that they stopped selling replacement parts. So if you are like me - it breaks and they cannot fix it. But you can be part of their wonderful loyalty program and they will provide a lousy discount to buy another one that will also break without being able to get it fixed

Dont buy with kitchenaid, i bought a metal meat grinder, because of the site erroring out, it ordered 3 of them. When i returned 2 back for a refund they wont refund it, its been a month since i returned it and still waiting for a refund. Every time i contact Kitchen Aid Customer service they give me a run around that its processed and should see it in couple days. That never happens. They always try to find an excuse. Filing a charge-back with my bank, this is ridiculous

Customers are not a priority for KitchenAid. The products these days are of inferior quality and both my food processor needs mixer have been sent back for repair - the repair process is dreadful.

I have called Kitchenaid 3 separate times, waiting over an hour and never got to talk to anyone! I need to return a small food chopper that doesn't turn on when plugged in. I will never buy directly from KitchenAid again. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!

An absolute horrible experience. I will never purchase another KitchenAid appliance. Refrigerator went out and it took over 1 month to get it fully serviced, at which time the technician stated that it was irreparable. I've waited weeks to get the refund. Attempted multiple times to speak with a representative....on hold for over an hour only to be transferred to another department...and then disconnected during the hold time. Every. Single. Time. So frustrated right now....

Absolutely a horrible company with horrible customer service. I ordered a part for my oven on Kitchenaid.com. After almost 8 hours over the course of several weeks, no one at Kitchenaid can tell me how to return this part for the correct part. They refer me to repairclinic.com. After talking with repair clinic, they inform me this is a Kitchenaid issue.

Needless to say, I will be reporting this company to my credit card company and protesting the charges.

I returned a bowl at the end of January they received it February 7. I still have not received a credit. 7-10 business days is a lie! Customer service says the product can't be credited until it's "checked in". Nowhere in your return policy does it say anything like that at all. I have received no confirmation calls or emails that the product was received. I call very week and get the same answer. I called last week and asked for a supervisor and got hung up on. Never buy anything from these people they have the worst customer service !

My first and last time buying from kitchenaid.com, did't like the product and had to pay a lot to return and that's no way to track the return.

Terrible customer service. Tried calling the 800 number 6 times-- always a 20 minute minimum wait, never able to get through. First time, I was on hold for 16 minutes before the automated message kicked in and told me the wait time was now 23 minutes. The next time I called I selected the call back feature. That didn't work, it just went back to another menu.

Email is no better. It's been 10 days and no reply.

This company's "service" sucks!!!

...repairman diagnosed the problem as a faulty electrical wire that was ordered and replaced. Shortly thereafter, I noticed a pool of water on my wooden ...calls since not enough self stick foam panels were delivered to him initially. Unfortunately, that did not work since the ...manufactures and sells Kitchen Aid appliances. A Kitchen Aid representative returned the call on behalf of Mr. Jeff Fettig and said their policy regarding expensive appliances (I think I paid over $6,000), is to attempt to repair the appliance before replacing the unit, which is understandable. However, after nearly 17 months ...
