wanted to return some stationery worth $200 but lost the receipt. The cashier asked lots of questions and then get the manager, both said needs proofs that bought at the store. According to OfficeDepot's return policy posted online, without a receipt, should get store credit back.
Santa got my son a ps4 for Christmas it stopped working 2 days into lockdown I waited till gamestop opened and they told me they had no consoles but they were coming in but nothing I rang again no consoles they told me they would give me my. I walked into a Office Depot this past Sunday in Sugar Land Texas - massive place with which appeared to be only 6 employees - after asking and waiting a long time for help an employee looked up the ink cartridges I needed for my HP 4675 printer - because I do not live in the US I purchased 5 cartridges. Arrived back in Cayman only to find out the 63XL cartridges are not compatible. They should have recommended the HP 664XL
Stuck with expensive JUNK-
I was stupid enough to get the extra two year plan thing. Well its been less than 30 days, My receipt is in an email I have to find and the service I got the two warranty thing with needs the receipt as they dont have me in the system after I bought the policy. The store has no customer service dept. NONE. I ended up leaving the store with my failed item (a shredder) and hope to go back tomorrow if I can find my receipt on another system.
I think Office Depot is awesome. Polite and knowledgeablw employees at Poplar Bluff Mo store. Really helpful! I got a desktop and it did not work out for me. Great PC just not for me. No questions asked. Return up to 14 days with receipt and packaging. Pretty good deal if you ask me! Thank you Office Depot! Definitely, a returning customer.

I will NEVER EVER shop or go near by Office Depot stores. We order online a calculator for my ...they will RESEARCH and contact me in 2 hours. Several days went by, I didn't have any one call. ... local Walmart. I called them and ask for my refund.
