Urban Outfitters Returns and Refunds

Any merchandise that is has not been worm, washed or is defective can be returned for a refund or exchanged. Returns for refund must be done within 30 days of the item being shipped. For items returned to Urban Outfitters after the 30 day period, refunds will be given as an E-Merchandise Credit. If you are returning a gift, a gift card will be sent to the same shipping address as the original order.

There are 3 options for returning items to Urban Outfitters:

• By using the pre-paid return label included with the original shipment.
• By mailing the return to:

  30 Industrial Park Blvd.
  Trenton, SC 29847
  Attn: Returns Dept.
• By returning the item to an Urban Outfitters store in the US or Canada. In store returns must be accompanied by the packing list.

Price Changes

If an item that you purchase from Urban Outfitters has been reduced in price within 14 days after the shipment date, you may contact UrbanOutfitters.com to obtain a price adjustment. Adjustments can only be issued for purchases made online.

Free Pick Up of Returns

If you use the pre-paid shipping label to return an item, the USPS provides free pick-up service. A pickup can be requested on the USPS website.

Items can be exchanged by using a pre-paid envelope, shipping the item back to Urban Outfitters or by presenting the item in store. To request an exchange, you should indicate the item that you would like to receive in place of the item you are returning on the packing list. Include the packing list with your return.

Once your exchange request is processed, you will receive an email confirming when your new item is shipped. If the item you requested is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment instead.
