GNC Returns and Refunds

Online Purchases

Refer to the packing slip included in your package, as it contains more detailed instructions for returns. Here are some basic details:

Always read the packing slip for information on the steps to take when returning an item.

Use the original packaging, if available, and pack the item in a secure way.

The bottom part of the packing list should be enclosed with your return and the top part should be kept for your records. If you do not have the packing list, you must include the order number, plus your name and address with your return.

Any returned items must be shipped back in good condition and in their original boxes when possible. Any accessories or documentation that comes with the item must be returned as well.

Customer is responsible for paying shipping charges. C.O.D. Deliveries are not accepted.

It is recommended that you use a carrier which offers tracking, such as UPS for your return. Retain the tracking number after shipping the package.

Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment within 30 days after the return shipment is received.

In-Store Purchases

Any product may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after purchase on GNC.com or at a GNC retail store upon presentation of a valid receipt or packing slip for online orders. Products purchased by Bill Me LaterĀ® cannot be returned in store and must be shipped back according to the instructions on the packing slip.

Cash Refund Policy

Products purchased with cash, regardless of whether they were used or not, can be returned within 30 days for a cash refund. Customers must present the original sales receipt and a valid photo ID.

Exchange Policy

Items returned within 30 days can be exchanged for another product. The price of the item, as shown on the GNC packing slip or sales receipt, will be deducted from the cost of the product it is being exchanged for. If the receipt or packing slip is not provided, GNC branded products can be exchanged, but will be assessed the lowest sale price within 60 days and a 20% GNC Gold Card discount.

Non GNC brand products cannot be exchanged or returned without a valid sales receipt.

Credit Card Refund Policy

No cash refunds are given on products paid for by credit card. Instead, the cost of the product will be credited back to the original credit card if it is returned within 30 days and accompanied by a valid sales receipt or GNC packing slip.

Gnc is so lame. Who keeps a receipt anymore. It's in the system. I can't believe I wasn't allowed to return biotin gummies which were 24.99 and the second was half off. I should have declined this in the first place because they sounded way too expensive. But I was desperate because my hair is falling out like crazy. I found plain biotin much cheaper on amazon. When I wanted to return the biotin, they would only offer 15$. Lame.Lame. lame. I will never shop there or recommend any of my patients there.

You bought the items on a bogo, meaning buy one get one half off...

No company is going to let you buy one at full price, get one half off, and then immediately return the full priced one. Sounds like you got caught trying to rip off GNC. Also, most companies retain the original receipts now during returns, again, to prevent return fraud. I shop at GNC often, and was always given a replacement receipt. Also, I you have a membership with them, the entire transaction is recorded in their system.

I went to return 1 of the items I purchased. The sales person kept my receipt and refused to return it. He told me the receipt was no longer valid for the other item because it was GNC policy to only accept 1 refund or exchange per receipt. So Be Warned! if you purchase more than 2 items at once and want to exchange or want a refund for them, you will not get it.

I just had a terrible experience with gnc. I went in to exchange a product literally 5 minutes after I purchased it. Because it was buy 1 get 1 half off item I was given $10 less back. I also had to argue with the associate to give me my original receipt. He said.it was company policy to keep your receipt and refused to give me MY original receipt. This on top of other ridiculous comments makes me never go back.
