We purchased a refrigerator and a dishwasher from Home Depot. When they were delivered both of the items were damaged with visible dents and scratches that couldn't been hidden,even the delivery driver pointed some out. We refused the items. WE DO NOT HAVE THE ITEMS. We have been round and round with Home Depot and we had 4 different people telling us different things. So we just filed a dispute with our discover card. Discover cars then said that we have to go through PayPal because there isn't any proof that we didn't receive the merchandise from Home Depot. WE DONT EVEN HAVE THE APPLIANCES!! So now we are going back to Home Depot trying to get out $4k back for appliances we refused. I dont understand what the heck the problem is with Home Depot. They are refusing to help us and give our money back from them. Since Covid has happened, Home Depot has turned into one of the worst companies to purchase from. We don't know what else to do because we aren't getting our refund and claims/disputes have time limits. Please tell me how I can get this resolved.
