I have purchased a microscope instead of telescope but dont know how the order was misplaced. When i called groupon customer service, they were saying they will accept only goods with damage or if the mistake is at their end. Its horrible. They should ensure customer satisfaction. I even did not open the delivered package. The representative also very rude and saying they will accept damaged goods within 48 hours only. Intially i was referring groupon to my friends but now I lost trust on groupon and their services.
