I ordered 3 items. 2 were services. In order to finalize it states 'Redeem now'. I unde5dtood that no charge would be processed until item was redeemed, noting emphasis on 2 dates (a) term of discount &amp; (b) expiration date once Redeemed. <br /> I attempted calling from day 2 being unable to edit/cancel one of items. Also attempted repeatedly over next week to speak with a Live person. Instead of Virtual chat. an exercise in futility. The issues on screen are limited to 3 issues. Biggest problem is after relaying issue...NO response compoundef by their charging my credit card. Tried one last time and after told about 3 day refund policy. I reiterated same difficulties in live communication, virtual chat. &amp; canceling online. More importantly tjat items were zNot Redeemed &amp; should not have been charged. Confirmed by emails telling me to Redeem &amp; highlighting ecpiration date. Upon relaying this &amp; rejecting coupons with dayes and times of attempted contacts...NO further response provided. This is +$216 they improperly charged. Collected. and now refuse to 'charge back' (credit back to my card)
