Found this thread while researching a way to validate my in store return that's been denied.<br /> Purchased on 2/5/22 with cash and, as always, entered my phone number for my Wellness+. I even received $5 in bonus cash (which I haven't used)for this purchase. Took the items back on 2/13/22 and was told that because I didn't have a receipt, I was only going to receive store credit. I stated the websites return policy, to which they had me enter my number, they then scanned my id and the items purchased. I couldn't see the screen, but something was on it because they were reading the screen. I am 100% sure I didn't say I had paid cash for the items, yet she said they won't be able to refund me cash that had been the original form of purchase, only store credit. Twice I have spoken to an agent (random call center, not an actual employee of rite aid) and chatted with an agent (again not an ra employee). The last one sent me a copy of the transaction. The header on it was &quot;This cannot be used for returning products&quot;... it's the receipt! Today is 2/20/22 and no one has followed up as I was told they would. I'm going to go to another store and get the credit there. I will not be going back to my ra. Not that anyone at the corporate level cares, obviously, but I will not be returning to ra after I finish this credit.
