Dec 3, 2021<br /> Just a reminder for everyone shopping at Fred Meyers, The return policy for Laptips that are defective arent on the receipt. Please what ever you do think really hard with your hard earned cash before purchasing an electronic from there with your reciept. You can only exchange and not get your money back once product is open, even when it's not working properly only exchange. <br /> I was so dissatisfied knowing now that the Return Policy isn't for the customers satisfaction. Here I'm trying to help my daughter and get a laptop for college that we can afford, which shouldnt have come to Fred Meyer, but every where else is pricey.<br /> The Asus had trouble loading and installing and uninstalling, which took a day of waiting. So the frustration kicks in and I tried to return and the Electronics Manager flat out said No. Only exchange!!<br /> Your kidding me. I cant afford anything higher priced, and obviously dont what the same product.<br /> The Electronics Mgr didnt try to satisfy the customer in any way, didnt apologize for the inconvenience of being a happy customer.<br /> Had to spend $150 dollars more for an HP laptop. Oh God hope this one works.<br /> Learned my lesson today, only buy food from Fred Meyers. Kind of sad, the other stores are always willing to help with their returns.
