I bought a hot hair brush it is outside of the 30 day window the brush burnt the top of my hair I can't in good concise pay for this item. It's cost me money to repair my hair. It got fire red hot were you could see it. Nothing there to protect hair. I have very thin hair so if it over heated it's not from thick hair. I enjoy buying from QVC snd certainly hope it can be worked out. I just want my money refunded for item. I sent it back completely packed the way I received it. Someone should plug it in and see what it's doing. I will hold judgment till I know the outcome. I too hate those return shipping fee obviously it's a money making system for them I can't help but wonder if it's legal to even charge customers that shop a lot and have good reason to send a item back. Maybe that's a question for the BBB<br /> No company is above a law suit for illegally charging customers. BBB is required to look into a complaint.
