This is Savers, Fort Smith, AR. We purchased a blanket that was tagged in such a way that it couldn't be opened all the way. As soon as we got to the car and spread the blanket out, it was badly damaged. We took it right back inside for a refund. The manager, Melissa, didn't want to refund, citing that we should have checked the item. The only way to do that would have been to remove the tag, which renders the item unsellable. She was very rude, had a bad attitude and was rolling her head around while telling us this was our fault! I really wanted to punch her in the face, but I said, "Not today, Satan." We did get the refund, which is good. You can't deceive people by hiding damage and then refuse a refund. That's shady business!
