I placed an online order for pick up on 6/23. I was mischarged for 8 items on my receipt. I called the 800 number for resolution. They disconnected my call 3 times after long wait times. I took the 8 items into the store with the printed receipt and a print out of the online order to compare. The manager refused to return the items. He put me on the phone to the wrong number. He tried again and the person at customer service told me I was not reading my receipt correctly! IT WAS IN PRINT!
