I am trying to return 2 pair of shoes which arrived with no paperwork in the box. Neither pair fit. The tracking # is on the outside. I peeled it off as instructed. The third page is no where to be found. <br /> Then I was directed to a site called just answer. They required my credit card # to charge a returnable $1.00 fee to answer my questions. <br /> After a brief conversation the woman said they were not associated with QVC and did not even have their phone number. <br /> Now I will spend more time(which I don't have) searching for a way to return this package. <br /> Why can't they just make it simple and easy for busy folks.
