I oredered from my local chipotle which has been a recent add in within the past 3 months. Anyways I place my order, and use a gift card to pay, everything seems good to go, or so I thought. My food didn't arrive until 40 mins after the time I was given, not to mention all they gave me was a burrito, out of the 5-6 items I ordered I only get one very cold now burrito, when the sticker on the bag lists all the items I should have. So then I call the support only to be told the best they can do is give me back half of the worth of the order and then hangs up on me. It has been a few days now, and the refund is just gone, they couldn't own up to their own mistake as a business. Sad to see.
