I received a necklace recently and the clapse broke and the stone was lost. The necklace chain was of very poor quality.<br /> I spoke to their customer service they instructed me to return the chain and I would get a refund. When I tried to return it the rep at the store said they could not and to call customer service again. Four attempts later after being disconnected was told that it could not be refunded so the first rep gave me incorrect information. I then got through to the rep again and transferred directly to the store and they told me that it couldn't be returned. Between being at the store and attempting numerous calls I spent over an hour with the issue. After experiencing poor customer service and been given wrong information I will never shop at Macy's again!
