Tons of bad reviews that I see out here!<br /> Here comes another one!<br /> <br /> I ordered 3 ink cartridges online by printer model number, like I always do, but received the wrong ink. I did not notice they were the wrong ones until I opened one of them and installed it next to an older one and that's when I noticed it was a different number. I tried to see if the printer would accept it anyway but it would not so I called customer service. I was told they would refund the purchase price of only two of the three cartridges and that I had to pay for shipping back to the company and then reorder. In the end, that means that I've paid for shipping three times to get my correct order that was not my fault in the first place, if in fact I receive the correct order this next time. It makes me wonder if I should even order from them again. Bad business practices!!!
