Hello, we ordered from Chipotle in Woodmore Lanham, MD on 10/19/2020. It was near closing when we received our food from a family member that delivered our meal. We discovered immediately that the food was for Daniele instead of Darnell. Needless to say, we tried to contact the store concerning the mishap, but no answer. We called for the next two days basically all day before we was able to reach anyone to get instructions of how to obtain a refund. This have been a headache to get a resolution and a refund in which we have to go online and not receive a refund from the store. This is the second time the security guard was in charge of dispensing food and have mixed our order up. I discuss this with the manager in which she was aware of this problem and stated they are working on getting a resolution for this issue. It is bad customer service it takes all these days to come to a positive outcome on behalf of a mistake that was not our fault. I even tried to calling corporate concerning this matter and again no individual was available for assistance. I would like someone to contact me concerning this matter PLEASE!!! It would be much appreciated.
