I want to return a Verizon product but when I went to print the label there was an error. I tried multiple times to retrieve this label through email but the website redirected me to sign in then to the main menu on my Verizon without even giving me any directions at all. I ended up cancelling the return to start over but it currently say there is no eligible returns. I have 14 days to return the product. I talked to representatives and they just gave me the run-around so I am currently waiting on the label to ship in the mail hopefully it will come if not I will just go from Verizon to a different company.
