I ordered a burrito bowl online with double chicken and double barbacoa along with chips and guac. The bowl was missing the barbacoa and instead had the peppers and onions. I called and spoke to the manager who among other things offered me a refund which I chose to receive. That was on Sept. 27. I STILL have not received it. I called back after 24 hrs and was told that it take 3 to 7 days and now 2 wks later (2moro), i'm still waiting. I can't get anyone on the phone. If Chipotle can't handle online orders then,they shouldn't take them.
