Order G8Q99XQ6Z was ordered on 9/17/2020 (via online catering) to Somers Point NJ store. Since the store is NEW, I tried to call and see if they received the order. They didn't answer the phone all day. I stopped by and all the doors were locked so I had to use the drive thru - which was packed. I found out at the drive thru that even through I had a confirmation email, and called Corporate, the store did NOT have my order, and most of the staff acted like have 15 - 14 year olds over for a birthday party waiting for Chipotle, wasn't a big deal. I had to insist that they still make the food, insist that a manager come out to talk to me, call corporate for the store because they couldn't do it - asking for the order to be emailed in and when they didn't have the email address corporate told me to go back thru the drive thru and get it!!! Now the drive thru had 25_+ cars!!! I went banging on the windows like a crazy lady by now as it was 2 hours into this fiasco. It still took another hour to get the food. Lucky the food was delicious. However, at this point, CHIPOTLE OWES ME $44.50 for delivery and tip since I was the delivery driver. They can not cancel this at the store and refund you right then and there. How ridiculous. Another ridiculous thing is DOORDASH received the order as they texted me at 5:45pm that they were on their way to get the food!!! I had to again, waste my time calling the driver to cancel. Then take another 2 calls from Door Dash saying YES, I canceled, and tell them WHY I canceled. <br /> <br /> I am actually owed much more than $44.50 since I wasted 3 hours - I have pictures of me documenting the time sitting and waiting at the chipotle sign doing nothing but waiting and talking to Corporate doing the job of the manager. A refund would be nice.
