I was promised a 2-meal gift card from Chipotle after terrible service early in the pandemic, in March. I was forced to wait outside for 45 minutes for a single burrito bowl, on a cold and rainy night. They had room to allow more people safely inside but didn't. Instead of posting "ready" meals on a visible board, we had to keep going in, walking around a table with no social distancing, and reading the tiny print on bags. Also an employee was unsanitary--he wiped his face with a rag and went on assembling food without washing his hands and changing gloves. I made a complaint and was actually contacted by a person who offered to compensate me with a certificate. It never came and when I went back to the website there is just a robotic chat line with no options that match my complaint. It just keeps asking for my contact information and then asks me to select a store from a list of options but there is no list! Total loss of confidence in this company.
