I have bought from Groupon for a cut and blow dry from Oceanic Hair and Beauty. When I tried to book for an appointment, I was told that the arrangement with Groupon has ceased a month ago. Why did Groupon advertise for a deal when it is no longer available and accept money at the same time?<br /> I have tried to contact Groupon (via email) for a refund at least twice. The refund website cannot be accessed at all!<br /> I will no longer utilise Groupon for any deals! This is a big con!
