This company is unbelievable!!! They shipped the Ready-to-Eat food with no real issues. The frozen food, on the other hand, has been an absolute nightmare. Granted, not really Nutrisystem's fault in that it's Fed-Ex that is failing due to Covid 19 delays. But after multiple shipments arriving without dry ice and melted, you would think that they would find a better way to ship it. While waiting for the third frozen food shipment, I decided that it's just not worth the hassles involved. In order for me to get my refund (within 14 day cancellation) I too have to pay to return the dry foods. Not my fault that they can't get the other half of my order to me in edible form, but it's my responsibility to pay to ship back the dry half. What a waste of hours on the phone on hold and no one able to get past the cookie-cutter response of &quot;there's nothing they can do&quot;. (Sorry, not sorry!)<br /> DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS COMPANY, contrary to what they say, YOU really aren't that important!
