I have requested a refund from my order on 6/26/2020 totaling 46.00. It was awful and I called the same evening. It was Chipoltle in Oxon Hill at the National Harbor. I spoke with James twice who said he put the refund request in, but I never recieved. The I spoke with Jose, the manager who put it in twice for approval. Thay say that is al km they can do...I still have not recieve my refund and now it is over a month. This is ridiculous that this iui s the process to get a refund that they agreed to on the same day. <br /> It also is a shame that you can not talk to a live person. <br /> How can I recieve my refund? I do not want a store credit.
