I have made so many calls, only to go through the options and then get cut off. I even managed to speak to Emily on 1/7/20 who said my refund would be sent to me soon. I phoned again 20/7/20 and spoke to Alyssia in Manchester Call centre who said there was an error on the system but now my refund is being escalated and I would be receiving £268.78 and while talking I was cut off. I have since tried phoning to no avail. I even printed out BA saying "We are currently processing a cancellation and refund, if you wish to discuss this book phone us. How can I get through to BA. Booking ref: MDCEK8
