Chipotle should be ashamed of themselves especially after the time when people were getting sick off of your ingredients to then have the community try and support you AGAIN, to offer horrible service (which comes from the TOP. Leaders be real leaders and not ones who make a buck off of others. Do your due diligence to come off of your high horse and train your staff, give them the tools needed to represent your company well and excel themselves for better opportunities. Order screwed up, told by "manager" that staff was fired and sorry about your order. To no response from Corporate Office. Save that excuse about COVID, your behinds are working from home or the office. I AM and still doing my job maybe a little harder but doing a darn good job at it. Do what is right and not what YOU WANT CORPORATE.
