I bought a $100 Home Depot gift card at a local King Soopers (a Kroger store) on July 11, 2020. On July 13, 2020 I went to Home Depot to spend it, and they could not take it, since it had no pin # on it, and they told me to go back to King Soopers and ask for a replacement. I went back and they would not give me a replacement. They gave me a number of another company that provided the card, to call in a week's time and that they would refund my money. I don't have any faith that that will happen, so I am out $100. So, what recourse do I have. I think I will turn them in to the Better Business Bureau and to whatever department I need to for the state of Colorado, but that won't get my money back.
