I purchased a pair of shoes and and storage cart in March 2020. The shoes don't fit and the cart is broken. I went back a couple days later after the purchases and was told I could not return due to COVID-19. I have checked back 3 times since and each time I am told I have to wait. The last time, July 3rd, I was told I could only return if purchased them in the last 2 weeks. Rediculous! Whats the difference?? Fred Meyer/Kroger has had my money for almost 4 months now and will not accept my returns until COVID-19 is over. I am a frustrated consumer!
