Hello, on 6/30 I placed an order using the closest restaurant feature and after completing the order realized that the location was not the closest. I immediately contacted the restaurant and canceled the order. I was told that I could request a refund by going to the bottom on the app and selecting contact us, which I did. I wasn't able to find an option to request a refund and selected the option that I hoped with send/inform Chipotle of my refund request and the reason. I have no idea if my refund request was received or will be processed. The charge is still pending on my CC; I would appreciate confirmation that $7.15 will not be charged. I like the Chipotle app, but don't like doing business with companies that don't provide a customer service phone number for assistance or chat option.
