Returned one item via mail using Old Navy shipping label (stores were all closed so no other option but to mail back). Received email from ON stating my item was delivered to them on 2 JUN. It's now 1 JUL and still no refund. The chat option is down (shows no agents available) and of course the phone hold times are crazy. I know we all have to adjust due to the pandemic but come on ON! You happily take in millions of $$$ from online shoppers but can't get your refund system to work better?
