I ordered 2 items from Sears.com on 5/20/20.I paid by debit card.The 1st item arrived within 3 days ,but was damaged.The 2nd item was forgotten by their vendor"Gymax".Ten days after the order it was not shipped. I tried to cancel due to time constraints.I spoke to many reps who refused to cancel.I received numerous lies.I explained that I needed this in a timely fashion.They shipped a damaged incorrect item after I requested the cancellation of this order.I would strongly advise not to order anything from Sears.com. They quickly took my money and that's all I've found them to be capable of ,except their lies. They have other vendors that sell on their website, and Gymax is NOT BBB accredited.I paid a significantly higher amount for the item ordered than the piece of junk they sent.They refuse to refund my money. I can't bring this to a Sears store and get a refund. I feel they know they're going out of business,and they are trying to steal the money of hard working people.After my experience with dealing with them they should shut down. I will never again esteem this horrific rip off business.They offered me a percentage off my next purchase from Sears, because of the mistakes they made.I laughed. Do they really think they can operate a business with no accountability and expect you'll make further purchases.If you have money to waste donate to charity. DO NOT TRUST SEARS.
