I have been a big Aldi customer/supporter for over 25yrs. Their corporate management needs to realize that they have mis-managed this return policy situation. Other stores began taking returns again over a month ago. How are returned non-food items different than customers touching them on shelf? I messaged Aldi on their website a month ago and evidently was ignored as got no response.<br /> I purchased 4 lawn patch kits (@$10/ea)BEFORE ever hearing that their policy had changed. If I had known they had just changed their long standing policy (or were about to), I probably would not have purchased them. When I tried to return in early April, I was told of policy change so I kept them. I am now moving to an apartment so don't want to store them and no longer can even use the product and JUST NOTICED THAT THERE IS AN EXPIRATION DATE on the bottom, so they will likely expire before Aldi's management restores their policy. As many others have stated; THIS IS WRONG AND HARMING YOUR CUSTOMERS!
