On June 13th I ordered food from Chipotle for me and a friend. Door dash was supposed to deliver it. I waited and hour for our food to come. I looked at my phone to call to see where my food was when I saw that the driver dropped the food off a half an hour before. The driver didn't call me . I live in an apartment building with 106 others. When I went downstairs to get my food the delivery driver had left it between the doors and the bags were already open. I called the driver very upset. He said he didn't have phone number!!! The phone number and all the information was on the receipt on the bag. I have called the manager of the store and door dash but NO ONE will give me my money back for the food I couldn't eat! I tried your website and I have gotten nothing. The door dash people have failed to help me too. I'm tired of the run around! I spent almost $40 on food I couldn't eat because of this ignorant driver! I want my refund. I won't ever order food from door dash or Chipolte again after this! I am so Mad!
