My husband placed our order at 9:05 pm and the app stated it will be ready at 9:30, so we waited in the car as everyone else. It wasn't until 10 pm my husband got back to the car with the food. he states the employee told him they accidentally gave our order away to another guest. After getting home only to find that the food was TERRIBLE. The rice wasn't cooked all the way, the chicken was burned and i had bits of corn and onions in mine, which i NEVER order. I called the next morning at opening to be put on hold then hung up on. i called back later that day to finally speak with a female manager that said she would get with that closing manager the previous night to see what happened. i gave her my name and contact number and never heard anything back. today makes a full week and no response or call back from anyone.
