I placed my order thru the chiptole app..I noticed when I received my order it was incomplete and incorrect. I tried calling the store 6x or more finally I contacted the delivery number on the chiptole app advising my order was incorrect. The delivery person advised me to contact the store. I called the store back again and a woman identified as the general manager elizabeth castrole who I need to add was rude and unprofessional claiming she would not refund or accommodate me "as a customer" after I explained my order was inaccurate. Elizabeth had no human-common courtesy and as a customer I am upset on how or why she was even hired? I advised her I can not support the store because of her actions and how unkind and rude she was. At this time, I am NOT satisfied and or happy about my order at all especially being treated like I did something wrong and like i was NOT a customer spending my hard earned money. Please report elizabeth castrole because if you support or have employees like her, I will NEVER support chiptole again. Please provide me a full refund asap and email or contact me asap!
