This is my second time on nutrisystem. My first time I lost 50lbs in a month that was 10 years ago. This time around I went with the diabetic plan. I lost a total of 20lbs. They charged my card a week ahead of time for my 3rd month-which broke my account- I had to put back several bday gifts for my daughter's first birthday and a ton of groceries. Once I saw the PENDING charge I immediantly called to cancel. Nothing had been shipped the payment was still being processed. The guy kept pushing for me to put the order on hold or not to cancel as we are in a pandemic and certain foods are scarce. I flipped told the guys I can afford shopping I'm an essential worker what I can't afford is an extra $344 in food for myself I have kids to feed and am a single mom. So he finally cancelled my order. However I'm on my 12th day of waiting for my refund. It shouldn't take this long for my refund as the entire pending charge was supposed to be cancelled I figured 2 days tops. Swear these guys allowed it to finish processing before canceling it. You can bet if I don't have my money back by Friday they will be hearing from my lawyer.
