End of March we ordered $182 of groceries through Instacart for delivery- this is during the Coronavirus lockdowns bc we have an immune compromised family member so we were avoiding stores. Groceries never arrived! Half a day on the phone with Instacart and they confirmed through GPS that the groceries were not delivered and gave us a case# to ring Kroger for a full refund and supposedly $30 in store credit. <br /> <br /> Clearly that girl didn't want to be bothered working that day but said our refund would be processed in 5-10 days. Fast forward SEVEN weeks. We are now near the end of MAY. We have had three phone calls where we have to explain our story quote our case number and be told it doesn't look like it's been processed yet! It will be another 5 days probably 5-10.<br /> <br /> The third phone call 11 business! Days ago the specialist said this is now with accounting and they should definitely process it in 5 days .. provably 5-10. We have 2 case numbers and NO REFUND for groceries never delivered. What a joke!!! During the worst financial crisis in this nations history this company is not here to serve the public but to take and profit at your expense! <br /> <br /> Shop with them by all means but when they fleece you for $182 don't say you weren't warned!
