I bought a set of dinnerware online. I came broken some bowls and plates. I was immediately find a way to give Macy's a notice and returned it by mail. Well, they sent me an email said that they received a return product and they were silent since then. They did not refund for me or I am hardly contact to the customer service right now. Macy's system is suck! Expensive with cheap quality
