I recently ordered 4 pairs of shoes with a couple of gift cards and it went through until I received an email stating that one of the shoes was cancelled due to being out of stock. I tried to see my Gift card balances and both say $0.00. <br /> Forget about customer service or checking gift card balances during COVID19. You'll only get an automated system. <br /> I've never had an issue like this before. I'm assuming the remainder of the balance will be credited back to the Gift card. (??)<br /> Can anyone let me know how long this process takes if you've felt with this before. I appreciate your time.
