Hey Guys Just Wanna Give Some Tips On How To Manage Customer Service With This Company <br /> On-line During Covid 19. Customer Service: If You Need To Reach Someone For Any Reason You Will Have To Send An E-mail Expect An Answer In 1-3 Business Days. When You Send Your E-mail Provide As Much Info As Possible. Returns And Exchanges Are Taking Long As Hell! So Do Not Expect Any Refunds Promptly If You Need A Fex Ed Return Label Send An E - Mail. Keep All Fed Ex Tracking Info Untill You Are Refunded. Allow 10-15 Business Days If You Do Not See A Refund After Then Send And E Mail W Fed Ex Tracking Info! Exchanges And Returns Are Taking Long So Be Patient Or Wait Untill The Stores Open. !!! Keep An Eye On Your Return As There System Is &quot;overwhelmed&quot; And Returns Are Not Being &quot;updated&quot; Properly. This Happened To Me Personally. Hope This Info Helps Be Safe Yall!!!!
