Terrible customer service and online ability to get resolution. Ordered food on 4/24. went to pick it up and they claimed they never got the order. Charged my credit card but manager can't refund it. No way online to get anyone to give a refund and so you file a complaint and they are suppose to get back to you. well it is 4 days later and I file a second request and still no help. The customer service number hangs up on you after you wait to be connected. Great food maybe but terrible Corporate Management for allowing this level of service. A CEO needs to review and address what problems exist or take a paycheck and give it to someone who understands that customer service is key to success
