I am unable to return 2 pairs of shoes I ordered online on March 21. Although the Return process instructs you to use the FedEx Return Label, none was shipped with the order. I tried a numerous times to request a label but clearly (and understandably) no one is working. My complaint is the instruction clearly states to use the label in the box but NO label!!<br /> I do not want to ship them back without the label as I fear they will be lost in the great abyss that many are complaining about. I usually purchase and return in-store, but since the stores are closed it's impossible to return them now. I also feel that the return shipping fee should be waived due to the temporary store closings. I may hang on to them and go directly to the first DSW that opens in my area and plead my case LOUD AND CLEAR. Elite status...hmm... we'll see if it means anything.
