I went into Chipotle this evening on my way home from the doctors. We haven't had Chipotles in a while due to my last visit being horrible. But I thought ok different store, different area why not give it a try. My mistake. I live 25 minutes away from the store get home and my son ordered tacos and was like where's the beef? I said it's there, he said no it's not. Ok so I'm not driving back 25 minutes for 3 tacos. I call the store and Charlie answers I explain to him that I was just there brought 3 tacos and 2 burritos live 25 minutes away and there is no beef on my tacos. He asked me to hold he had to go to the front register. Well then someone hangs the phone up. Ok really? I call back and another man answers I asked for Charlie. The man doesn't not identify himself until I ask again to speak to Charlie. I didn't feel I should have to explain all over but this guy did. He said his name but I couldn't understand what he said but I heard him say he was the FM. I'm trying to help you, he says. I said fine I tell him the whole story all over and he is till stuck in the part was this a pick up, delivery or carry out. I told him I told you I was just in the store. The man wasn't very bright. Then starts to get an attitude with me. Wrong them to do asa FM with a customer. I told him he was rude and very unprofessional. He states I'm trying to help you, ummm no your not when you have a horrible attitude to begin with. Then he process to ask me for names. Really?? You have 4 people in there no I didn't see the girls name who helped us nor did I see the cashiers name. Didn't know I needed too. All I want is my money back or you can deliver my 3 tacos correctly from my order. I ended up hanging up in this DM for being so difficult to deal with. This will be my last visit ever to a Chipotle. I tried calling customer service couldn't get through to anyone. For such a big company really unacceptable. I know my comments won't mean anything which is fine. Remember though word of mouth goes a long way. I myself work for a Big Insurance company that orders a lot of lunch from Chipotle but will no longer be doing that.
