I went to return an item I bought 2 days ago. Unopened with receipt.<br /> I stood in line outside 20 min, then stood in line inside the store a good 15 min. A customer was purchasing over $130 of items(3 carry baskets full). When I finally got to the register and said I was returning, I was told no returns. And they pointed to a letter taped next to the register stating no returns during the crisis.<br /> I was not happy. How the heck am I supposed to see a letter while standing in line 6 feet apart. I spent 35 min in line and couldnt return my item. It's seems using this pandemic as an excuse to not do returns.The cashier and clerks handle merchandise all day long that customers touch so I don't know what the logic is regarding returns but they just lost a customer. Walgreens still allows returns so I'll giving them my business from now on.
