Hi, <br /> I recently bought one of your beats product, it's the wireless beats solo pro 3 (?) I believe. I was really excited to order them and finally find out what all the fuss about the beats was. And honestly, I wasn't very satisfied with your product. I love that I can go to the other end of the house and leave my phone on my room and my music would still be playing. I also really like how loud they are and how they can channel out my (also loud) family. However, paying over 300 dollars for some headphones, I would expect that they would at least come with the aux connection. I understand that's my fault because I know I didn't see it in the description of the headphones, but I just assumed since they cost so much. The biggest issue I've had with this set of headphones, though, is that they're not very comfortable to wear. I had them on for an hour and my ears felt like they were being covered by cheap plastic. I have bought cheaper headphones for about 25 dollars and they seemed much more comfortable than the beats. The cushion for the 25 dollar (Walmart) headphones was also bigger than that of the beats. Look, I like the product, but I don't like it enough to know that I payed more than 300 dollars and I can't wear it comfortably for more than an hour. I have opened the box and everything, I'm just wondering if me opening the box would prevent me from getting a refund.
