DSW customer service is working &quot;understaff&quot; due to covid 19.the only way to reach out to someone is thru customer service e-mail which takes time.<br /> I returned some shoes April 13, today is april 24 and I still have not been refunded. I have a second pair that needs to be returned but after reading these comments im going to hold off and return once the stores open. In the worst case if I do not get a refund with in 30days I will dispute the charge with my bank.
