I have submitted two inquiries now about a refund. My pick up was supposed to be at 730pm on the 15th. Charged 29.73 no one has even attempted to contact me back and I placed my order online. Completely paid for, when I got up to the door and waited outside for over 20 min finally a girl came out and said submit a refund if you want to online, were over an hour behind. I have two kids, I can't sit around for almost 2 hours by the time I wouldve received my food. No way to cancel the order. And this was at foresg lake. I've contacted my bank for a dispute and it does not look good on your guys end if nothing is done about it. No actual number to call and no actual submission button to ask for a refund. The order tines are waaaay falsely advertised and I just really need someone to please contact me back. I understand tines are hard and hectic, that makes it really hard though when you only give 15 days to submit a refund, and im not given an actual receipt except for the screenshot proof online your website.
