We ordered delivery yesterday from the Winter Haven, FL location and when the order arrived, one of our items were completely wrong by far and nothing as was requested and shown on the ticket. My daughter couldn't eat hers as it was loaded with onions, peppers and beans which she hates. My husband phoned and was told that they would not send a replacement out and the only way we could get one is to drive to their location and pick it up ourselves or request a refund online. I was shocked. So basically we had to go online and place a new order, pay ANOTHER delivery charge in order to get what we originally ordered so my daughter could eat also. That just blows me away. ? Very unprofessional.
