I went into Ashley's Home store in Orange on February 26 & purchased a couch - cash ($650.00). They told me it was going to take 3 weeks for delivery. Fast forward to the coronavirus. I understand the store had to close, but why hasn't the manager or anybody contacted me to let me know what's going on? I never heard from them, I didn't receive a refund for my couch, I have no idea if and when they will reopen, and their voicemail greeting when you called the store indicates there's a tentative reopening date of April 6. why you haven't they even bothered to update that? Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. Even if the store manager or the sales person had just called me & said we understand your order is outstanding, but once businesses can reopen, we will take care of your order. But for them to ignore their customers, and be totally be unreachable is unacceptable.
