I placed an order on line yesterday 4/15/2020. I was told my order would be ready at 7:30pm. We arrived and there were so many people waiting for their orders. We inquired about our order and was told it would be 15 minutes. We returned to our vehicle to wait our extended time, only to return to an even larger crowd of people waiting and my order still not ready. I've visited other Chipotles during this pandemic and their process was smooth and they had someone counting heads as they come through the doors to ensure the social distancing was in order. This definitely was not happening yesterday. Not a pleasant nor HEALTHY experience. I waited another 30 minutes in my car, because I had already paid online. I finally had to request a refund and was directed to Chipotle online for a refund. I want my money ! ........ALL $49.20 of it please and thank you!
